The above sentiments are echoed in nearly every client conversation I have.
In eight weeks, we will study the art of self-compassion and how self-empowerment and self-love bleed into our relationships, habits, mental health, and goal achievement.
Together, we will meet on a weekly basis (with homework in-between sessions) to discuss key topics such as:
What is self-compassion and why is it so important?
The Physiology of self-criticism and self-compassion
Mindfulness self-soothing practices for hard times
Working with difficult emotions by connecting with our bodies
Letting go of resistance and observing self-sabotage
Motivation, confidence, and self-appreciation

Fast facts:
Meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM (BST)
The program starts July 5
Each meeting will run one-hour
There will be homework in-between sessions to be done at your own pace, before the following meeting
Meetings will be held online via video chat
We will stay in-touch throughout the week via WhatsApp
Number of attendees: 5
Exchange: £30 each week (paid in one upfront installment of £240)

Per week, the cost of the program is £30. For 8 weeks the total exchange amounts to £240.
This payment may be made one time at the beginning of the program.

If you are unable to make a meeting, please let me know and we’ll make arrangements to keep you up to date with the group’s progress.

To create space for everyone to participate, the maximum number of group attendees will be five individuals.
With more, I’ve noticed some people may become wall-flowers while others share more. To keep everyone involved, we’ll keep the numbers low to create optimal inclusion.At this time, this group is open to women only, in the UK.

To start the course, all participants will be required to purchase The Mindful Self Compassion Workbook (£15 on Amazon). This book will be referenced throughout the program and homework will be assigned within its chapters. In addition to this, additional resources will be shared each week (reading suggestions, videos to watch, podcasts to check out, etc.) We will also engage in group discussion throughout the week in-between meetings to ensure everyone feels supported the whole way through.

After eight weeks of dedication, I can promise you’ll have a better relationship with yourself.
You’ll feel a stronger sense of self-awareness, loving-kindness, and a set of tools to support you through hard times and in following through on your goals.
While the premise of this program is simple - show up for an hour every week, plus do a bit of homework - the work is not easy. It will require honesty and commitment to self for two full months which, I know firsthand, can be very challenging at times.
